We will be Selling the Kermit O. Frazier "Estate"
Kermit passed away at 92 years of age - No Heirs

As of this date, there are numerous boxes and trunks we have not gone through. Believe to be several "First Edition" Books possible. Mr. Frazier graduated from Reynolds High School in 1933. From the looks of this house, he lived like a hermit for the past several years.
There are no heirs to the Estate.

To drive to this auction site, it is located five blocks west of South Main St. on Cascade Ave. which runs off South Main St. one block south of the intersection of Sunnyside Ave. and South Main St. Actually, Cascade begins at Sunny Side Ave. We are located two blocks north of Salisbury Ridge Rd./West Arcadia Ave. One block north of Banner Ave.
